System Director, Nursing Leadership Development

Design and sustain a systemwide nursing leadership development program for nurse managers, directors, and emerging leaders by building structured curricula, onboarding pathways, and practical leadership tools. Provide individualized coaching to strengthen leadership effectiveness, address performance gaps, and accelerate readiness for expanded responsibility while partnering with executives to create development plans aligned with succession needs and system priorities. Identify development risks in collaboration with CNOs and AVPs, applying adult learning principles and data-driven insights to reinforce clear expectations, behaviors, and competencies that support staff retention, team engagement, and operational reliability.
