Job Summary
System Director of Emergency Services responsible for enterprise coordination and standard-setting for ED nursing practice across Baystate Medical Center and affiliated sites. Leads strategic and operational planning, develops policies and programs aligned with the health system's nursing vision and 2030 plan, drives improvements in LWBS, quality, safety, patient experience, nurse engagement, and throughput, and partners with regional CNOs and ED leadership to implement evidence-based care models and dashboards. Collaborates to design and execute system-wide initiatives, supports education and competency for ED roles, and represents nursing in system-level discussions. Requires Master's Degree in Nursing, registered nurse licensure in Massachusetts, and prior director-level experience; BLS certification also noted.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
