Job Summary
Provide technical support for in-house and third-party systems during development, testing, and deployment phases. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications before release. Maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals. Assist in setting up and managing development and production environments using low-code or cloud-based platforms. Monitor system performance to proactively identify potential issues and coordinate with QA teams for feature integration. Support version control and release management processes using Git and automated deployment tools. Requires 1~3 years of experience in system support and strong SDLC knowledge. Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, PowerShell, and SQL is essential, along with familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Required Qualifications
- 1~3 years of experience in system support, application support, or development operations
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and waterfall methodologies
- Hands-on experience with programming/script languages (e.g., Java, Python, Bash, PowerShell) and SQL
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to experimentation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
