Job Summary
System Development Lead will collaborate with the Account Executive team and customers to understand needs, drive the direction of solution-based projects, and deliver integrated designs in Hy-Tek’s intralogistics environment. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, presenting solution-based designs to customers, assisting in resource positioning and budgeting, conducting site visits during proposals, educating customers on data-driven design criteria, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in the material handling industry
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of traditional and new technologies in material handling
- Proficient understanding of software infrastructure supporting order fulfillment environments
- Ability to travel up to 20% or as needed
- Strong verbal/interpersonal skills and ability to present to customers at executive and operational levels
- Ability to work without direct supervision and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Project, Visio) and Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Inventor)
