Job Summary
System Development Engineer responsible for planning sled test plans aligned with project needs, analyzing test data, and delivering test and sled test reports. Will provide analysis conclusions and improvement recommendations, update development standards based on project failure modes, and prepare technical reports for customers. Will coordinate with product, simulation, and test teams to ensure the technical status and delivery quality meets crash safety requirements, and participate in customer technical reporting meetings. Will support internal coordination to ensure product design and simulation inputs/outputs satisfy technical requirements, acting as an S-ERB member to help improve delivery quality and guide product design.
