Run pre-qualified, pre-scheduled in-home appointments to inspect foundations and crawlspaces, identifying structural problems. Design and present tailored solutions to homeowners, then build trust, overcome objections, and close the sale. Manage your pipeline through follow-ups and coordinate with the operations team from sale to installation. Requires 1+ year of outside sales experience and comfort working in crawlspaces and construction sites. This uncapped commission role offers $100K+ earning potential with pre-qualified leads, no cold calling required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of outside sales experience
- Proven ability to close sales
- Valid driver's license
- Clean background
- Confident, competitive, and comfortable talking to homeowners
- Self-motivated

- Comfortable getting into crawlspaces and around construction sites
