System Architect

Lead and shape architecture for framework development and integration within Sapiens' P&C division. Design and evolve framework architectures, contribute hands-on to framework development, and mentor junior to mid-level engineers on architecture decisions, coding standards, and best practices. Drive quality, predictability, and delivery confidence across the full software development lifecycle; evaluate and design AI/ML integration patterns for product workflows, including document intelligence, process automation, and anomaly detection in reinsurance data. Provide technical and security architecture guidance during implementation, contribute to RFP responses and presales engagements, and design end-to-end integration across REST API, file-based, and event-based architectures. Actively leverage AI tools in design documentation, code reviews, and root-cause analysis, and collaborate with product and delivery teams to enhance workflows while maintaining data integrity and auditability.
