Job Summary
Lead high-quality, innovative solution leadership for project teams by analyzing business needs to ensure Oracle NetSuite solutions meet customer objectives. Combine industry best practices and product knowledge to deliver technical solutions on non-routine, complex application and technology installations. Provide direction to project teams and influence customer leadership on key decisions while resolving complex issues through recommended implementations. Architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products, making decisions based on stack-wide impact. Support customers through their full life cycle, including services for complex, large-scale NetSuite implementations and post-go-live success. Serve as an acknowledged authority within the Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit for significant, strategic, and challenging global customers.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience relevant to this position
- 5 years of consulting experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
Desired Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
- Expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families
- Ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products
- Make decisions based on impact across the stack
- Is an acknowledged authority within the Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit (GBU)
- Subject matter expertise and consulting services to the GBU's most significant, strategic, and most challenging customers
- Supports customers' full life cycle
- Ensure the success of complex, large-scale NetSuite implementations
- Post-go-live services to ensure the ongoing success of NetSuite solutions
- Mitigating the technical risks commonly seen for large-scale and/or complex implementations
