Job Summary
System/Application Specialist role at Nalco Water (Ecolab) based in Leiden, Netherlands. Provide first-line troubleshooting for 3D TRASAR and Nalco Water proprietary equipment, live phone support to field reps, and assistance with equipment pricing, warranty, and parts via SAP. Track tickets, supply technical guidance to product marketers, R&D, and commercialization teams, and contribute to team goals and metrics. Requires 2–5 years of technical experience; a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is preferred. English is required; French and German are a plus. No immigration sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years technical experience
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
- Experience with Gateways and Connectivity of automated systems
- Demonstrated customer service skills with ability to interface positively with customers
- Troubleshooting experience in electrical or mechanical systems
- Basic understanding of PLC
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow and NICE inContact
- Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, wastewater treatment systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
- Ability to analyse data
- Language: English required; French and German a plus
