Job Summary
Manage and maintain the lab environment by deploying automated tests, triaging setup issues, and performing electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting on nonfunctioning equipment. Design customized fixtures and protocols to enable accurate lab execution while developing technical documentation for manufacturing and qualification processes. Drive logistics management through physical setup of prototype systems, inventory monitoring, and restocking supplies. Ensure test results are recorded accurately in adherence to quality practices and conduct routine preventive maintenance of benches and testers. This fixed-term opportunity requires regular onsite presence in Mexico, Guadalajara.
Required Qualifications
- English version of resume
- Technician/Engineering degree or certification
- one year of relevant experience in HW and SW system support
- Computer HW diagnose and repair experience
- Computer SW diagnose and repair experience
- Basic English level (Reading proficiency)
- unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico

- Written and Verbal proficiency
- Experience in Compute system maintenance and repair
- HW and SW debug skills
