Job Summary
Drive and contribute to systems studies in 5G Radio Resource Management and the Radio Physical Layer, including scheduling, link adaptation, and beam forming. Develop software simulations for performance analysis of 5G features and algorithms at both link and network levels. Collaborate on new feature specifications and improvements with cross-functional development teams while contributing to 5G standards and innovation disclosures. Support the deployment of new 5G products into customer networks by understanding configurations and issues. This role involves working closely with teams in Poland, Sweden, and China, utilizing machine learning and AI solutions within a multinational environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing
- Good knowledge of 5G specifications, especially in the areas of the L2, Digital Signal Processing, Radio Resource Management
- Some experience in creating simulations in L2
- Analytical mindset, high capacity, result oriented and ability to deliver under pressure
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, because of English-speaking work environment
- Stable, full-time and long-term employment based on employment contract (umowa o pracę)
- 100% home office work is possible
Desired Qualifications
- Professional experience in a similar position in telecommunication area
- Hands-on experience with programming languages like: C, C++, Java
- Experience in analysis of simulations
