Job Summary
Drive and contribute to systems studies in 5G Radio Resource Management, including scheduling, link adaptation, and beam forming. Collaborate on new feature specifications, simulations, and improvements with cross-functional development teams to advance 5G standards and support product deployment into customer networks. File invention disclosures and patents to contribute to innovation and IPR. This role requires a background in communications theory and knowledge of 5G specifications, particularly L1/L2 and digital signal processing. Excellent English skills are essential for the multinational team environment. Flexible working hours between 7–9 AM are available, with competitive salary and private medical care included.
Required Qualifications
- Background in communications theory
- Knowledge of 5G specifications, especially in the areas of the L1 or L2, Digital Signal Processing, Radio Resource Management
- Analytical mindset, high capacity, result oriented and ability to deliver under pressure
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, because of English-speaking work environment
- Wrocław/Szczecin/Poznań/Kraków/Warszawa or 100% home office work
Desired Qualifications
- Some experience in systems analysis or in a similar position in telecommunication area
- Knowledge of programming languages like: C, C++, and/or Java
