Job Summary
System Analyst role across Core Banking Systems, Processing Issuer, Payments, Antifraud, Origination Core and Others. Responsible for designing technical solutions including architecture, APIs, and data models; creating clear technical specifications for development teams; participating in full product lifecycle from idea to launch; proposing strategies to enhance customer experience and conversion funnel; ensuring unified approach with Engineering and Design; producing technical documentation and service requirements; designing solutions that meet business needs for high-load, highly available services; hands-on product-launch experience; remote/work flexibility within GMT-2 to GMT+5; relocation support to Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as System Analyst
- Experience with designing API, architecture, data model and business processes
- UML/BPMN experienced
- REST/gRPC models knowledge
- Experience designing complex scalable services with high load and high availability
- Hands-on experience in launching and developing products from scratch
- Basic SQL skills
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
