Job Summary
System Analyst for Knowledge Management in a top-tier Global Law firm. Role involves overseeing and administering KM systems, identifying and implementing innovative KM solutions, managing data feeds and integrations, developing and maintaining databases to enable KM and client services efficiencies, promoting KM tools, delivering demos and training, and evaluating KM activities for continuous improvement. Requires hands-on experience with KM applications, documenting and communicating with attorneys and executives, and a strong background in KM within a law firm or legal department. Hybrid work arrangement based in the New York office (Hudson Yards) with three days in-office.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Knowledge Management (KM) or with an applications team in a Law Firm or a legal department
- 3+ years prior Law Firm experience
- Strong understanding of AI prompts and ability to teach KM initiatives
- Proficiency in Visio or Lucidchart and hands-on with UML and wireframing
- Experience with KM tools including document management systems, intranets and databases
- Experience with LexisNexis, Westlaw, Fastcase
