Job Summary
Support ERP pilot project by assisting with Telematics/GPS equipment management, system testing/configurations, documentation, and training coordination. Responsibilities include monitoring and updating GPS/telematics for trailers/trucks, coordinating equipment orders and installations with vendors, validating new systems, maintaining asset records, contributing to process improvements for fleet/equipment management, and preparing user guides. Ideal candidate is a student or recent graduate in IT/Systems/Business Technology Management with interest in technology, strong organization and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to Information Technology, Computer Systems, Business Technology Management, or a related field
- Interest in technology, systems, and process improvement
- Comfortable learning and working with different software platforms and digital tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
