Job Summary
Guide clients by analyzing and recording requirements while adhering to company gap analysis constraints. Deliver user training at the client end and provide on-site or off-site support via online sessions as needed. Prepare documentation including Site Readiness Forms, customer visit reports, Gap Analysis Forms, scope of work documents, software maintenance points, MOMs, training job cards, and implementation sign-offs. Define new process flows using DFD diagrams and gather regular client feedback on implemented projects. Collect competitor intelligence and execute any other relevant tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech or Equivalent in E.C.E. (preferred)/ C.S.E
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Good knowledge of Networking
- Good comm skills
- Must have implemented healthcare software in hospitals
