Job Summary
System Analyst II leads design, configuration, integration, and optimization of enterprise systems; serves as the primary technical liaison between business teams, IT, and vendors; owns system solutions end-to-end, coordinates upgrades and platform enhancements, and ensures scalable, reliable integrations. Responsibilities include designing workflows and business rules, monitoring performance, leading testing (system, integration, and UAT), maintaining data mappings and interfaces, documenting architecture and runbooks, and collaborating with developers, vendors, and analytics teams to deliver integrated, secure system solutions. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 4–7+ years in systems analysis or application support, strong configuration/integration experience, and hands-on API/middleware/automation expertise. This role is hybrid based out of Yuba City, CA with on-site collaboration expected, and offers compensation in the shown hourly range converted to annualized USD along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–7+ years of experience in systems analysis or application support roles
- Strong experience with system configuration, integrations, and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with APIs, middleware, or automation platforms
- Experience with complex enterprise system ecosystems preferred
- Prior experience mentoring or leading technical work streams preferred
