Job Summary
System Analyst II responsible for gathering, documenting, and managing functional requirements for backlog items; leading collaborative sessions to refine requirements; translating business needs into functional specifications; researching and recommending system solutions; troubleshooting and resolving issues; contributing to process improvements and ROI evaluations; maintaining up-to-date system documentation and supporting on-call rotations. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, plus experience with SQL and Agile methodologies; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent, and at least 5 years of systems analysis experience. Location in Tempe, AZ (US).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a Systems Analyst role
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies in a collaborative project environment
