System Analyst (Finance/ERP System)

Job Summary
Manage end-to-end finance system project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, timeline tracking, and UAT support. Support system enhancement, process improvement, and application change initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver IT solutions. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional system solutions while supporting system testing, implementation, and post-go-live activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or ERP Analyst in finance systems, and hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS/Fusion. Fluency in English is required, with Chinese and Mandarin preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst / ERP Analyst in finance systems
- Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion / Finance ERP implementation projects
- Strong understanding of finance modules (GL, AP, AR, budgeting or equivalent)
- Experience in system integration, data migration, or application enhancement
- Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel
- Fluent in English
- Strong system analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Vendors)
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Business acumen in finance or accounting processes
- Good communication and stakeholder management
