System Analyst - ERP

Job Summary
Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP system designs and functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementations. Conduct fit/gap analysis, support configuration versus customisation decisions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules, and collaborate with integration and data teams to ensure seamless system connectivity. Develop, execute, and support SIT and UAT testing, defect management, and solution validation while working closely with stakeholders and project teams on-site five days per week. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions to deliver a fit-for-purpose ERP platform supporting operational excellence within Hewitt's global, sustainable protein production business.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working on D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processes
- Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into system configurations
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, data structures and solution architecture
- Strong stakeholder engagement, testing and problem-solving skills
- Experience in manufacturing, food production or agribusiness environments
- On-site presence five days per week
