Job Summary
Administer and maintain the Cityworks AMS and PLL platforms, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. Design workflows, service requests, and asset hieracies while leading integrations with GIS, Oracle Fusion, and SCADA systems. Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Crystal Reports, and ActiveReports to support decision-making. Provide advanced user training, manage vendor relationships, and mentor junior analysts across IT, GIS, and operational teams. Ensure data integrity and compliance while leading projects for system expansions and data migrations. Collaborate with cross-functional groups to enhance workflows and improve data quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, GIS, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 or more years of experience with Cityworks AMS/PLL and/or GIS administration and support
- Experience with the ESRI ArcGIS platform and spatial data integration
- Experience with reporting platforms like Power BI, Crystal Reports, and ActiveReports
- Deep understanding of asset management principles and public sector operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-departmental initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, scripting (Python, PowerShell), and API integrations
- Cityworks Administrator Certification
- Esri Technical Certification (e.g., ArcGIS Desktop or Enterprise)
- ITIL Foundation or PMP
