Job Summary
Lead tech-engineering tasks to support the technical team in meeting business objectives while guiding, managing, and training staff to enhance product quality. Design system architectures that improve efficiency, availability, scalability, flexibility, functionality, and usability. Collaborate with users and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and establish benchmarks for non-functional requirements. Create tools and resources to optimize team efficiency. Requires 1-2 years as a System Analyst plus 2 years in software development, proficiency in planning and executing software delivery, and deep knowledge of software architecture, operating systems, and networking. Familiarity with GIT, CI-CD, and Agile/Scrum frameworks is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related field
- at least 2 years prior experience as a software developer/engineer/programmer
- Proficiency in planning, architecting, designing, estimating, and executing to ensure successful software development delivery to customers
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide team members and ensure the completion of tasks in alignment with business needs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively
- Deep knowledge of information technology, software development, and distributed frameworks, with enthusiasm for emerging technologies
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a highly adaptive environment
- Familiarity with GIT, CI-CD, virtualization, and containerization technologies
- proficiency in using issue-tracking tools
- Understanding of Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework
