Job Summary
Set up, maintain, and develop Nagarro's technical infrastructure at the Munich office; serve as the point of contact for hardware and systems issues; manage IT equipment through ordering, inventorying, maintaining, and replacing; handle identity/access management and user data authorizations; drive national and international IT projects; create and maintain documentation and training materials. Requires an IT apprenticeship or equivalent experience, experience in client management and network/VPN, strong Microsoft 365 knowledge (Office 365, SharePoint, Azure AD, Teams, Endpoint Manager), a service-oriented, solution-focused mindset, and fluent German and English. Required Qualifications
- apprenticeship in IT sector or proof of comparable knowledge through relevant professional experience
- initial professional experience in client management and in the network/VPN environment
- very familiar with Microsoft 365 (Office 365, SharePoint, Azure AD, Teams, Endpoint Manager)
- high service orientation and solution-oriented work
- German and English proficiency
