Job Summary

Install, configure, and maintain Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems while monitoring performance, availability, and reliability. Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical issues across client/server environments, storage systems, and network devices. Implement system enhancements, patches, and upgrades to ensure operational readiness and security. Escalate complex problems and coordinate hardware resolution with management and internal customers. This role supports mission-critical IT infrastructure within a national security environment, requiring a TS/SCI clearance and CWIP IAT Level II certification.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Fifteen years of System Administration experience supporting programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
  • Five additional years of System Administration experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree, for a total of 20 years without a degree
  • Strong experience administering Windows and UNIX/Linux environments
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills across enterprise IT systems
  • Certification meeting or exceeding CWIP IAT Level II requirements
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph
