Job Summary
System Administrator to support a large Windows Server environment and IT infrastructure. Responsible for administering core Microsoft and VMware technologies, performing daily system monitoring, validating backups and recovery processes, applying patches and software upgrades, coordinating with the network team for data center placement, developing technical documentation, and providing after-hours support for infrastructure-related issues. Requires strong communication and documentation skills, plus the ability to work independently and collaboratively on capacity planning and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field
- 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Technologies and Servers
- Knowledge of Windows Server (2008/2012) required
- Proficiency in software and patch deployments/rollouts
- MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) Certification preferred
- CSA certificate preferred
