Job Summary
System Administrator role at Ubisoft Montréal within the IT Games and Studios group. You will ensure operational stability of production infrastructure, collaborate with game production teams to design and implement appropriate technical solutions, design and maintain automation scripts to reduce manual work, diagnose incidents through CI/CD pipelines, implement monitoring and health-tracking, participate in an on-call rotation, enhance system performance and reliability, configure and manage databases, and work with Windows and Linux environments. Strong scripting and programming capabilities (Python, Shell, PowerShell, Ruby), experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tooling (GitLab), SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) are required. The role emphasizes automation, reliability, and cross-functional collaboration to support live game environments.
