Job Summary
System Administrator Tier 3 Network at Lewis Bakeries. Owns and maintains core network and systems infrastructure across manufacturing sites, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers. Manages Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), AD/Group Policy, and Windows Server administration (on-prem and virtualized). Combines infrastructure duties with end-user support, participates in on-call rotation, and collaborates with vendors and internal teams to deliver stable, secure IT solutions. Requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong TCP/IP, firewall, and endpoint security skills, and the ability to work across office, bakery, and distribution environments with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in network administration, systems administration, or a hybrid infrastructure role.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, and switching concepts.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar).
- Experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with endpoint protection and security tools such as SentinelOne or comparable EDR platforms.
- Proficiency with user account management, device deployment, and end-user support across multiple device types.
- Solid understanding of security best practices across networks, systems, endpoints, and identities.
- Ability to independently analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues while supporting day-to-day user needs.
- Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
