Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Systems Administrator specializing in Windows Server Operations, VMware, and Azure Administration to provide onsite support and maintenance in Durham, NC. The candidate should have hands-on experience with River Meadow migration tools and be ready to travel occasionally to client plants across the U.S. as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Windows Server administration (2008–2025)
- Strong background in VMware vSphere administration (8.x preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Azure Administration in enterprise environments
- Experience with River Meadow migration tools or similar technologies
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with application teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to travel occasionally for onsite support at remote facilities
Desired Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as MCSE
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- Azure Administrator Associate
- Experience in manufacturing or plant-based IT environments
