System Administrator (System Administrator, willing to consider all levels)

System Administrator at Redwire Space Solutions, located in Goleta, CA. Onsite role with flexibility to work remotely one day per week. Primary interface for IT support and systems administration of local and virtual networks; duties include user/account management, help desk ticketing, hybrid AD/Azure AD administration, support for phones/printers/workstations/servers/network equipment, imaging/new-hire accounts/terminations, server maintenance, and backup/disaster recovery. Expect 85% escalated desktop/app support, 10% Windows server/network support, 5% admin/meetings. Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in IT (or relevant experience), proficiency with Windows/macOS/Linux, Office 365/Azure AD, network concepts (VLANs, Zero Trust, 802.1x), remote support tooling, and current CompTIA Security+ (or willingness to obtain in 90 days); travel may be required.
