Job Summary
Manage IT system infrastructure and provide day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, and UNIX/Windows operating systems. Conduct Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution while supporting implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. Communicate status escalations to agency management and internal customers. Optimize system operations, resource utilization, and perform capacity analysis and planning. Requires TS/SCI with a Polygraph. Located in Ft. Meade, MD vicinity.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with a Polygraph
- Five (5) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Two (2) years experience installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and using system security (container security, virtual machine security, security boundary enforcement), configuration, and reporting tools
- Infrastructure
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the following tools is strongly preferred: ELK, Tripwire, VMware, RedHat SELinux security tool suite
