Job Summary
System Administrator responsible for the support and maintenance of Windows servers and VMware storage infrastructure across company offices and data centers, including DNS, SMTP, DHCP, AD, storage arrays, and related services. Provides Level II IT support, participates in IT projects, develops technical designs aligned with IT strategy, evaluates new technologies, establishes best practices for local and remote systems, creates SOPs for standardized server/storage installations, and ensures data security and disaster protection. Requires proficiency with Microsoft server systems and related Office products; certifications (e.g., MCSE) or equivalent training are preferred, with 2-3 years of Windows server administration experience preferred.
