Job Summary
ArcGIS Enterprise System Administrator or Senior at Idaho Power in Boise, ID, with up to 40% remote work. You will analyze, install, configure, upgrade, test, document, monitor, and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise components (Portal, Server, GeoEvent/Velocity, Image Server, Analytic Server, ArcGIS Monitor) and related systems. Provide technical support for unresolved issues, collaborate with IT teams, and adapt to a multi-platform environment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Experience: System Administration (ArcGIS Enterprise components)
- Senior candidate: 5+ years of professional technology administration experience (preferred 8+ years)
- Knowledge of installation, configuration, upgrade, testing, documentation, monitoring, and maintenance of ArcGIS Enterprise components (Portal, Server, GeoEvent/Velocity, Image Server, Analytic Server, ArcGIS Monitor)
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and work in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
- Understanding of multi-platform environments
- Customer-focused attitude
