Job Summary
Manage IT system infrastructure by providing implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile systems. Configure and operate UNIX and Windows operating systems, install software, and resolve complex problems involving server hardware, applications, and software integration within a Service Oriented Architecture. Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution while assisting users in accessing IT systems. Optimize system operations, perform capacity analysis, and communicate status to agency management and internal customers. Requires TS/SCI clearance, 15 years of federal government experience, and Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Fifteen (15) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government
- Five (5) years of additional system administration experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly
- Strong customer service/client facing skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Excellent oral and writing skills
- Local travel
