Job Summary
System Administrator II/III for HPC infrastructure sustainment. Provide IT system support across Linux/Unix/Windows environments, handle day-to-day operations, monitoring, incident response, and Tier 1-2 support. Roles differentiate II (mid-level, independent operations and advanced troubleshooting) and III (technical leadership, complex problem resolution, and architecture). Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining IT systems, managing infrastructure and operational processes, configuring and maintaining operating systems, troubleshooting network components, documenting regimes, and adhering to government ticketing and change-management procedures. Must support 24x7 operations and integrate with ECI systems, with a focus on reliability, performance optimization, capacity planning, and collaboration with government/contractor personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (most recent poly within the last 7 years)
- DoD 8570 IAT II certification
- Experience administering Linux-, Unix-, or Windows-based systems
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to support mission-critical systems in a 24/7 operational environment
- Ability to collaborate with Government and contractor personnel
- B.S in technical discipline
