Job Summary
Manage systems data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance across platforms and services. Oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to clients in diverse industries ranging from banking to retail. Recommend modernization options, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate relationships with other teams and stakeholders while troubleshooting containerized application platforms and managing virtualization infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 administration, implementation, and support
- VMware ESXi administration and virtualization platform management
- Kubernetes administration and containerized application platform support
- Public and private cloud management, including migration from on-premises infrastructure to cloud environments
- Experience supporting container orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift
- You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it

Desired Qualifications
- Red Hat OpenShift administration, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Automation experience, particularly Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
- Vulnerability management and security remediation
- Microsoft Active Directory and Federation Services (ADFS)
- Experience with container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application deployment
- Experience managing Kubernetes/OpenShift workloads in AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments
