Job Summary
Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure, business systems, and internal platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack. Create, update, suspend, and remove user accounts while configuring SSO, MFA, and identity management systems. Monitor servers, backups, and system performance to ensure uptime, then troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and application issues. Implement cybersecurity best practices, manage VPNs and DNS, and maintain disaster recovery procedures. Document all IT systems and support onboarding and offboarding processes. Work with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and recommend improvements for security and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of System Administration or IT Infrastructure experience
- Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of networking, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and security best practices
- Experience managing SaaS applications and user permissions
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment
