System Administrator (Infrastructure)

Job Summary
System Administrator (Infrastructure) responsible for overseeing Windows Server and Linux, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and on-premises applications/services. Ensure system stability, security patching, resource allocation, and proactive performance monitoring. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning/testing. Implement and maintain security configurations per company policies and industry best practices. Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation and integration of systems. Participate in IT projects including upgrades and migrations. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT personnel. Ability to diagnose complex issues quickly, communicate effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and adapt to technological advancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years' experience with various operating systems, networking fundamentals and server hardware
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies
- Experience with scripting languages for automation is a plus
- Familiarity with monitoring tools
- Excellent verbal and written English language
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
