Job Summary
Manage, maintain, and administer computer networks, server software applications, and desktop workstations while troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Isolate and resolve application, network, hardware, and software issues for end-users, including managing Avaya telephone systems and camera systems. Plan and implement projects such as SDWAN deployment, firewall configurations, and VM conversions, while assisting with site migrations, new acquisitions, and closures. Maintain updates on timeclocks, VPN connections, and perform monthly server maintenance. Provide 24-hour support in a downtime-sensitive, often remote environment, traveling to other locations as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Six (6) to Eight (8) Plus years of working IT Experience in mid to large cap markets (500 M USD or larger)
- Must be available for 24-hour support
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer/systems skills – MS Office (Excel/Word/Visio/Outlook/Teams)
- Solid organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and manage a broad range of responsibilities
- High degree of concentration, attention to detail, high energy, self-motivated and self-reliant
- Ability to interact well with all personality types
- Strong cooperation, collaboration, and team-building skills
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on continuous improvement
- Personal integrity to handle personal and confidential information
- Travel to other HEXPOL locations may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing floor experience preferred but not required
- Specialized skills in M365 administration, Active Directory, MS Azure, MS Entra, Intune, Power Automate, SharePoint, networking or other infrastructure area
