System Administrator (Hybrid)

Job Summary
Deploy and manage IT solutions for multiple clients, including Exchange, VMware, and Windows Server. Build new network and server environments; maintain servers, networks, and desktops; coordinate internal/external resources and vendors; maintain healthy customer relationships, manage expectations, and communicate status updates. Understand customer business processes and goals and recommend technology solutions to improve those processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems across software deployments, servers, and hardware; demonstrate problem-solving, autonomy, and the ability to work with and contribute to the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years IT management experience
- Minimum 1 year as a network/system administrator, IT manager or IT consultant
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Office
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with Exchange, VMware, and Active Directory
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects
- Ability to communicate status updates to customer contacts
