Job Summary
Manage designated systems applications and supporting infrastructure by maintaining, installing, configuring, and patching environments while monitoring performance and reliability. Deploy changes, test functions and upgrades, and design reports to analyze new data requests and coordinate with business units on system enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders, capability owners, and vendors to implement improvements, provide technical support, and develop recommendations for the application roadmap. Identify training needs, enhance end-user competency, and contribute to agile ceremonies while automating processes and documenting findings. Respond to critical incidents 24/7 and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other technology related field or equivalent years of experience
- 3+ years of experience in an information technology environment, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and demonstrated technical aptitude
- 1-3 years of Salesforce experience
- Experience working with third-party vendors (vendor hosted and on premise)
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
- Demonstrate a consultative approach with the ability to analyze stakeholder's needs
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships, listen and actively contribute to discussions
- Good written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
- Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills in order to debug and troubleshoot issues
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion
- Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
- Ability to work on-site in Omaha following our hybrid schedule (3 days in-office)
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship today or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- nCino support, configuration, and maintenance experience
- Salesforce Admin and/or Platform Developer certified
- Understanding of banking Commercial lending process or other LOS applications
- Experience with monitoring tools (i.e. Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog)
