System Administrator (f/m/x)

System Administrator – Enterprise Content Management responsible for operating central platforms in Windows and Linux environments, performing patch management, automation, error analysis, monitoring, and maintaining interfaces, databases, logs and scripts to ensure stable, high-performance systems. Focus on technical platform operations with no 1st-level support or classic consulting. Responsibilities include technical operation and maintenance of central enterprise platforms (including Atlassian and OpenText), error analysis and resolution of incidents, monitoring and optimization of system landscapes, working with PostgreSQL and MSSQL, and creating/documenting ITSM-aligned guidelines and specifications (ITIL). Requires completed IT education or comparable experience, strong technical affinity with system landscapes and automation, proficiency in German and English, independent and structured working style, openness to new technologies and AI-assisted approaches, and a long-term commitment in a multinational high-tech company.
