Job Summary
Maintain and secure the Bank's servers and network by managing a large install base of operating systems, performing proactive maintenance, and applying Microsoft updates and patches. Support the user community through troubleshooting server problems, resolving Level 3 escalations, and monitoring backups, replication, and disaster recovery procedures. Implement new technologies, manage Virtual Desktop Interface rollouts, and execute network and server changes while adhering to the on-call rotation schedule for emergency support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field
- 5 years of experience in information technology
- Experience with Powershell
- Expertise in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of VOIP phone system networks, VPN access, connections and services
- Expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Online
- Expertise in Microsoft O365
- Expertise in VDI/Xen
- Expertise in VMware
- Expertise in Network Infrastructure (Routers and switches)
- Expertise in all System Utility applications
- Expertise in maintaining backup solutions
- Valid Driver's License

- Comp TIA Network+ certification
