System Administrator

Job Summary
System Administrator installs, maintains, and supports the company’s IT infrastructure, including computers, peripheral devices, application software, and communications equipment. This role provides advanced technical support, works independently on complex issues, and manages multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities include deploying and supporting desktops and related hardware, software, and assets; managing Microsoft 365 and Active Directory; providing helpdesk services; configuring infrastructure hardware/software; coordinating onboarding/offboarding; and ensuring cybersecurity best practices and data confidentiality across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in systems administration, network support, or IT infrastructure support
- Experience administering and supporting Windows-based systems, desktops, peripheral devices, application software, and communications equipment
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user account management, hardware/software troubleshooting, and basic network support preferred
- Ability to work independently on technical issues and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to support users professionally and effectively
