Job Summary
Manage, grow, and maintain customer cloud environments by installing, configuring, and operating middleware and software alongside support staff. Allocate resources to assure performance and availability while researching root causes of incidents and developing solutions within the ticketing system. Analyze historical data for proactive problem management and define deployment strategies for global cloud infrastructure assets. Requires experience with Windows environments, AWS, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and PowerShell scripting. Competitive salary, health insurance, and flexible work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- experience as an all-round System Administrator
- knowledge of Windows desktop/server environment
- knowledge of AWS
- knowledge of database services such as PostgreSQL & Oracle
- Network- & firewall knowledge
- basic scripting skills in PowerShell and JavaScript
- excellent written and oral communication skills in English
