Job Summary
Manage IT system infrastructure and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, and operating systems. Troubleshoot and resolve problems for Linux, Unix, and Windows environments while configuring network components and maintaining system integrity. Optimize system operations and resource utilization through capacity analysis and planning. Escalate status to agency management and internal customers for complex issues involving hardware or dispatch systems. Requires TS/SCI with poly clearance and five years of System Administrator experience.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with poly
- Five (5) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
