Job Summary
Manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and maintenance. Configure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, and network connectivity. Administer FortiGate Firewalls, VMware virtualization, Veeam backups, NAS/SAN storage, and Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, and Intune. Provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, hardware, software, and access issues while handling user onboarding and offboarding. Monitor servers, switches, CCTV, and IP-PBX systems. Work from the office with alternate Saturdays off in a structured environment.

- AWS, Azure & GCP Cloud Services
- L1/L2 User Support, Hardware/Software Troubleshooting & IT Operations
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, subscriptions, procurement, billing, and vendor coordination
- Install and support Tally Server/Client and other business applications as required
- Provide technical support for AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services, including AWS EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Cost Explorer
- Provide technical support to users and maintain good communication, coordination, and issue resolution

- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Group Policies
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN,WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, Switches, Routers, wireless access points, and network connectivity
- Configure and manage FortiGate Firewall
- Manage VMware/Virtualization, Veeam Backup
- Manage NAS/SAN storage, Samba Server and access permissions
- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD
- Manage Sophos Endpoint Security and InDefend
- Provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, Windows, applications, email clients, printers, VPN, network, hardware, software, and access-related issues
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding
- Manage GitHub and Jira Administration
- Monitor and troubleshoot servers, switches, network devices, CCTV, IP-PBX/EPABX, and other IT infrastructure
