Job Summary
Credentialing and provisioning of cross-system access to EMR and Billing systems for auditors across multiple service lines; manage access requests for client EMR, Billing, Medicare DDE system; monitor rosters; provide weekly status updates to leadership; contribute to secure remote access process methodologies and request tool enhancements; assist internal team members with resolving system access issues.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience or helpdesk experience
- Proven experience in working with multiple HIS Systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech, STAR)
- HIPAA compliant certification and/or the ability to renew through training
- HS diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

- Experience in Revenue Cycle, HIM professional or hospital billing
