SysOps Intern - Tamheer

Job Summary
The SysOps Intern – Tamheer will support daily IT operations and service desk activities, assist with onboarding/offboarding, manage endpoint provisioning and asset records, provide basic troubleshooting for devices and internal tools, ensure proper incident/ticket handling with clear resolution notes, support governance/audit evidence collection, prepare operational trackers and KPI inputs, and collaborate with internal teams to follow up on actions, while contributing to knowledge base documentation and SOP updates.
Required Qualifications
- Saudi national eligible for the Tamheer program
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, networking, and technical support concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, or ITSM tools is preferred
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Willingness to learn and support daily IT operations in a structured environment
- Basic troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow internal procedures, maintain confidentiality, and escalate issues when needed
