Job Summary
Maintain on-premise Kubernetes clusters and bare-metal infrastructure supporting hundreds of daily deployments, including GitOps workflows and multi-CDN setups. Automate repetitive tasks using Ansible playbooks and roles while monitoring Elasticsearch, database clusters (MongoDB, ClickHouse, MySQL), and centralized observability stacks. Collaborate with development teams to support CI/CD processes and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, participating in 24/7 on-call rotations (1 week on, 1 week off). Ensure consistent configuration and availability across geographically distributed datacenters.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of work experience in a technical operations, infrastructure, or systems role
- Some exposure to infrastructure automation, ideally with Ansible
- Comfortable writing basic scripts in a language like Bash or Python
- Familiar with version control (Git)
- Interest in CI/CD and deployment tooling
- Solution-oriented and motivated by technical challenges
- Curious about the open-source world, with a continuous learning mindset
- Aware of the importance of working with other departments
- Able to communicate with technical and non-technical people alike
- Fluent in Spanish
- An intermediate level of English
- An international team player

Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to NoSQL or analytical databases such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Prometheus, ClickHouse, or KeyDB
- Some familiarity with web, proxy, and application servers like Nginx, Varnish, HAProxy, or Tomcat
- Any experience with GitOps or deployment tools (ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Any development experience in a language such as Java, PHP, Go, or Rust
