Job Summary
Beacon Health System seeks a System VP of Retail Services to lead the health system's consumer growth strategy, directing the development, expansion, and optimization of a diverse portfolio of retail and ambulatory services. This executive provides strategic and administrative oversight for consumer-facing, revenue-generating service lines including Beacon Occupational Health, Medpoint Urgent Care (brick-and-mortar and telehealth), Beacon Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, Beacon Granger Hospital, School Nurse Services, Juvenile Justice Center health services, Paragon, Well-Being Solutions, Beacon Retail Imaging, Beacon Mobile MRI, and other current and future offerings aligned with system priorities. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role serves as a key architect of overall growth and service-line performance across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare system leadership preferred
- Demonstrated strategic planning and portfolio management in consumer-facing services
- Ability to oversee diverse service lines including urgent care, occupational health, imaging, and outpatient services
- Executive-level communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and credentials within hospital systems
